PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (EOS VISIONARY)
Kelly Johnston has extensive experience in both the public accounting and private industry accounting fields. Her background includes a Bachelor in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, with experience in the healthcare industry with critical access hospitals and physician offices, audit, and tax preparation.
Her education and experience can add value to new start-up organizations, developing businesses, and healthcare entities by creating a strong financial reporting set up and assisting in new financial reports.
Personally, Kelly loves to spend time with her husband outdoors and riding her horses.

Katerina Dimitratos
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (EOS INTEGRATOR)
Katerina brings over 19 years of experience in operations, data and financial analysis, and strategy ranging from industry leaders, including PwC, S&P Global, and Bloomberg LP as well as startups.
She was an early contributor to The COVID Tracking Project by The Atlantic, demonstrating her commitment to public service. She is also a Limited Partner at Firehouse Ventures, a Syndicate that invests in companies saving and improving lives.
Katerina also advocates for environmental causes through her role as an Ambassador for Ecogenia, a non-profit and NGO that trains youth in Greece to positively impact the environment.

Alice Bynum
SENIOR REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER
Alice Bynum has over 25 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management—including inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory surgery centers, rural health, and professional provider services—Alice delivers deep expertise and proven results to our clients.
She holds certifications in managed care, coding, billing, patient access, and public health, and is a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare. Alice is also pursuing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), with expected completion in Spring 2026, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
Alice is dedicated to helping clients strengthen revenue cycle performance and navigate the complexities of today’s healthcare environment.
